I've been trying to grow a few little things with the little sunshine we get on our porch. The porch faces Northwest, basically meaning that the only sun we get is on the few sunny days for about three hours in the evenings. However, the last few days have been bright and sunny and my little plants have enjoyed it.
...The parsley is doing well and is ready to be thinned...
Here's my biggest challenge. My little african violet used to have more flowers and leaves, but it came down with a case of rot (too much water) and I had to intervene. I've been trying to dry it out and give it a chance to recoup. Things are looking up after a couple of days of sitting on a paper towel. Hang in there little plant! (I'm still learning)
Hey Chelsea, it's Dennese here. I nabbed your blog off Karina's site. Can't wait to see how your "in ground" garden grows. Our blog is mahoneyfunnyfarm.blogspot.com

ReplyDeleteMy cilantro is struggling the most! And that's the herb I use the most! We'll see how long everything lasts. Usually my stuff dies. As for July, I'll be back on the 17th (I'll be in Tahoe until then), and after that I'm game!
