On the Road Again

This post has several purposes:
1. To inform any who may not know that we are moving to Minneapolis, MN at the end of June.

2. To give an update on the craziness of our life at present.

3. To provide nourishment for our baby hungry family members, since I will not be posting again until we are settled.


Dan is being transferred to the corporate offices in Minnesota for a training rotation. We'll likely be there for less than a year, but it's a good move for his career, and frankly the fact that he even has a job in this market is amazing so we are excited to go. We will miss Washington and all the friends we have made. Thanks to all who welcomed us with open arms! We look forward to our new adventures in the Midwest.

But...before that happens we will be off to New Mexico for a family reunion in the mountains! Dan hasn't met this side of my family which is sad since we've been married almost five years. Two years ago after the last one, which I attended solo, I made him promise to attend this one. Little did I know that we would be preparing to move halfway across the country at the same time. Well, we already had our plane tickets and he had promised so we are going and we're pretty excited about it too. Luckily this move is totally on the company, so when we get back we just have to supervise the movers through packing and loading, clean the apartment and head down the road!
